The band formed in Bradford, and were originally called Spoilt Bratz. The name soon changed to Terrorvision and they signed to EMI. Three albums later, and they are one of the biggest rock bands in Britain, with a top five single and albums to their credit. In my opinion, Terrorvision are different to a lot of bands today in that they are a group and all four members are equal. They write the songs together and it isn't just the singer and/or guitarist in all the pictures and interviews.

Terrorvision recently won their third Kerrang! award, and for the third time, they lost it afterwards. They won one K in 1994 for 'Best New British Band', and one in 1995 for 'Best British Band', both of which were lost during celebrations after the awards. This year they won another 'Best British Band' award and conforming to tradition, lost that one as well.
